Do I need to be a ShipHero customer?
Tap-to-Pack is purpose built for ShipHero WMS customers and is not compatible with any other software. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders if you are not a current or prospective ShipHero customer.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the US, Canada, UK, and EU. International shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your warehouse location.
What is the standard shipping timeframe?
Orders are typically processed within 5 business days. Standard ground shipping takes approximately 5-7 business days, while expedited options are available for urgent deployments.
What is the return policy for Tap-to-Pack hardware?
Hardware can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in its original packaging and unused condition. Please note that a 10% restocking fee may apply.
Does the device come with a warranty?
ShipHero provides a one-year warranty on Tap-to-Pack hardware to ensure your packing lines never stay down. This covers the Main Hub for power issues, non-functional LEDs, or audio failures. The Button Hub and External Buttons are also covered against manufacturing defects and hardware failures, ensuring your investment is protected against standard warehouse wear and tear.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Order modifications or cancellations are permitted up and until the order has been fulfilled. Once the device has entered the fulfillment stage, the standard return process must be followed.
